Our Approach

Develop applications tailored to the needs of each of the following personas: Customer, Employee (Lawn Professional), Administrators.

We settled on mobile applications for both customers and employees as it allowed using device-level integrations to simplify all interactions as well as provided a familiar interface for all communications. The devices’ location services were heavily utilized to facilitate neighborhood-specific service.

For the administration portal, we chose to develop a web application, as it required less from a technical stance while providing a format for displaying much more detailed information. Developing on the web also allowed us to iterate on new feature requests faster.
